iv realised im in this pattern of really seriously trying to please other people and get nothin back, i fell in love with sum1 who didnt feel the same and i went to such lengths just to be liked it hurt me sooooooo badly i got rejectd big time, but it feels like i done all this before only in a difrent way more my sister relationship, we wer like best friends though she was a user and took me for grantd and i pleased her so much, now iv reconised these feelings, should i tell her why im so angry

I really like this woman. I have been in two abusive relationships and have suffered many if not all the different types of abuse. I have been close to breaking down and suicidal BUT I have only myself to blame. I chose to stay with these men and thought I could change them. I chose to leave my career and good salary and my beautiful home because I felt a certain person would stay with me if I did so, but ultimately it was my decision. That person was never going to commit to me whatever I did.
