don't feel bad about hitting your face. the only torturous gym activity that i have never gotten hit in the face was dodgeball. the first birthday i had to go to school on(7th grade) we were playing mash(dodgeball with things that you can shield yourself with) and i got out for once. then someone hit me in the face so hard that my glasses flew the whole length of the gym, but were still intact when i got them back. the gym teacher said i could go back in. i told her that i would rather just sit.
