These Bravo specials definitely do not do her any justice. Anyone who has seen her live will tell you. The one I saw was in San Antonio and it was about 2 hours and it was INCREDIBLE. She would have to pause so the laughter could die down some. They cut out SO MUCH for the Bravo specials. So trust me, Kathy's still got it.

I saw Kathy Griffin in Stockton before she filmed this special. I have to say the Bravo specials don't do her shows any justice. Her set was actually around an hour and a half and she is incredibly funny live. The specials cut out a ton of her material to fit the 40 minute mark, so that may be why many people feel the specials have declined in quality. What she really needs to do is film another HBO special, but I guess with her deal with BRAVO that won't be happening any time soon.
