She is an amazing person. To still compete in her mid 30's and to medal at the 2008 Olympics, (in vault-I believe she would've won GOLD had they kept the old code of points.) UNBELIEVABLE! The last Soviet gymnast has left the gym, please turn off the lights.
She is the greatest gymnast who has ever lived! And I really like the fact that she always wears shoes for all her events. Shoes in gymnastics are important! I wear them all the time now b/c I still have the foot problems from when I didn't wear them.
i know oksana! i trained with her together in a gym. she's just great! her son is so cute. he is every time in the gym when her mother has to train.
i think oksana is a great inspiration for every gymnast because she shows that you can be good at gymnastics when you are a bit older too. there you really can see that not just 16 years-olds can be good at gymnastics!
I love Oksana! She is an amazing gymnast, and I am so happy she medalled at Worlds this year at the age of 36!
