I see speeding, wreckless driving and passing on a double yellow line and that's just the motorcycles. The truck incident appears to have been staged. They could have clipped the video to show law enforcement arriving and didn't. They could have also followed up in comments stating what happened to the truck driver and didn't. I want to see some report numbers too. If the motorcyclists are military I do believe there are some UMCJ violations as well.

This action, depending the location would be considered a form of assualt or in an extreme case, attempted murder with a deadly weapon. Then when he approached the biker with the pole and his statements. He would lose this case, the bikers would most likely be given tickets in all fairness. This is why I always carry my pistol, even when I ride.
