I'm not wasting my time arguing. But, the front fender and bumper are clearly cut on either side of the wheel. (Pause at 0:52 and look CLOSE). You can see where the fender flare is cut away on the front of the wheel well, as well as in the back.

Trust me, I work on Maximas on a near-daily basis. It's been cut. If you don't believe me, google an image of a stock '95 Maxima.
