@FukushimaAkira even then you dont carry that much weight. your water is what you have in your canteens, and you also carry some water purifying packs, but they are the size of little coffeebags. food is carried in MREs and one of those lasts for a whole day. Ammo you carry on your LBE. So the basic shit you take with you in the ruck is wet weather gear, poncho, shitload of socks and then depending on ur specialization you carry the radio, an ifak, or explosives (so claymores and other stuff).

Thanks to the SAS from sunny Israel! Bravo 2-0 probably did more to stop Iraqi SCUDS than those silly "Patriot" missiles... Damn things could not hit the wide side of a barn... Can't blame them for not trying though. They fired like six "Patriots" at each Scud and failed to score a single hit... Anyway, love the movie, good dialogs (don't know how much is from the book though...) great acting! Thanks 4 posting ;)

The fucking US marines aren't any where near as properly trained as the SAS and what the fuck would you know about "blowing up a couple of machines" there were at least twenty over an area of about three hundred square miles all of them mobile and if you don't know what 300 miles is it's about 480 kilometres so fuck you.

@MissionRiddim Force recon would not have been sent on this Scud hunting mission. If Scud alley were an American objective they would have used Delta Force. In fact Delta Force WERE used in Scud boulevard , and if Mobile launchers were an easy target they wouldn't have used direct action/counter terrorism special forces to get them!

@InnocenceExperience Well from what i can see i think it looks almost spot on to the book but Mr McNab said they wern't to pleased with it. So in my opinion of relating book to film 10/10. Maybe for him the film never got to really put over all their storys and what they were thinking at the time, i really dont know. Either way read the book it's class :0)
