I love this song! My first time hearing it was almost 11 years ago, when I was reading Terry Goodkind's "Tears of Stone". The song burned in the image with one of the main characters, Kahlan, who journeyed with Richard to put an end to evil--just themselves.

Kevin Kern, the composer, is near blind. He has very poor eyesight. He does attend concerts of other artists. I was lucky enough, by surprise, to look over and saw him sitting next to me in one of the concerts I attended in the past.
