Those "techno" beats you hear in the back ground is because industrial like Ohgr, Skinny Puppy, Pig face, NIN, etc use sort of like "techno" beats but just darker then actual "techno" music really is.

I like the new album. It's good but mansons worst material. Holywood was by far the bands best effort. but manson just got out of a divorce and he seems to be back in shape with the new tour.
