Tried burning GH:Van Halen. Patched it just fined, but burned at 16x. That game was detected by the PS2, but when the ps2 menu disappears and the game starts loading it just stays as a black screen, no sound, nothing. Then I tried GH II and burned that at 4x, and that wasn't even detected by the ps2, even though the disc was spinning.

Please Respond: I patched the Disk image and burned it to a DVD-R at 4x with Alchohol 120, and when I load it into the PS2 it goes past the PS2 boot screen, but then says "Play halted due to Malfunction"... Is it the Disk Type or does it just work for specific Consoles?

@bleachfanboy1000 Codebreaker is something you use for cheat. Like gameshark. Not needed at all for this video. Just use the discpatcher and burn using an image (.iso) burner of your choice. I prefer IMG Burner since it's free.

For example, you can play Gamecube games on the Wii because both were made by Nintendo. And you can play some Xbox games on the Xbox 360 because they were both made by the 360. But you can't do it the other way around.

I used imageburn and in the Ps2 browser it just shows up as a DVD video.. I used HP DVD-R DVD's I did not see any follow up about the disc showing up as a DVD video so In a effort to save money (I have 150 blank HP DVD's) I want to see what other options I have first before going out to get some more blanks.
