I had red bull once and i have low blood sugar it made me go crazy and shaky. I cant imagine giving it to a child. This woman obviously wants to be beautiful and is using her daughter to live her dream. I dont even know what kind of sick hobby this is? I mean they are children/ toddlers even. You would never see a parent exposing their child like this anyplace else just America.
She didnt even really get the chance to stand up for her self! Tyra doesnt know her and she needs to not say so many in your face things to these people! Its really gaging me!
The point of makeup and tans is to ENHANCE the child's beauty, not to cover it up. And four year olds will cry no matter what the situation.
Pageants are a sport; they're no different than soccer or dance. When the children aren't on stage, they're normal children. And ninety percent of children have drunk red bull or eaten pixie sticks. It's the same as coke or candy.
All children's dreams start out as parents dreams. Children are only exposed to what their parents introduce them to.
The moms a freaking liar, it is, under no circumstances right to give ur child of 6 yrs old a red bull bcuz shes dead tired. And yes, the child is totally brainwashed..
i dont see a problem with pageants? im 13 and im going to be a model but if a have a girl when im older shes going to be in pageants! SO? AND i LOVE Emily Tye i saw her on little miss perfect (:
a lot of girls like to play dress up, and i don't think there's anything wrong with that, even the makeup part and the over done hair with huge sparkly dresses in these pageants I think are acceptable, maybe even the fake teeth, but the clearly slutty outfits that look like they are in a playboy catalogue is what I don't understand! if all of the moms decided not to spray tan or dress up their girls like sluts than the judges would have to pick one of them still! they can change it!
I still remain impartial, although I do semi-glitz pageants. Pageants are pageants no matter the style. The goals are the same they judge the girls and the exact same thing, there isn't too much of a difference. I have participated in both full glitz and natural. I didn't see any difference at all, although I did decide to stick with semi-glitz and gltiz pageants.
I don't think the Lady even had a chance to speak up for herself. she was constantly attacked with either/or fallacies and different types of bull. I hope she is good though.

Can everyone just leaave pageants alone!

@winterwonderland81 I dont think it's pageants that people are attacking. It's pushy parents that ruin it for everyone else.
