Yeah, one of my gripes about the DLC armors is the lack of being able to take the helmets off. Or perhaps even have them not be visually on except for in combat.

Another gripe is the inability to customize them with colors. :(

same here. most of the ME 1 chars arent in the game if you play me2 WITHOUT an me1 save.. but i had a me 1 save and a bunch of me1 chars in me2. but not verner.. maybe he ONLY spawns if you hit him in me1 since he wants to be a hero to, if you tell him not to do so that could be a way that makes sense.. since he "stays" home. home means not to BE on ilium

nono, it's the infernal armor. it gives +10 to negotiating skills. I think it helps unlock certain Para/Renegade options (Red/Blue).
