Man that is nuts having to pay duty for purchases. You probably paid sales taxes in USA you could priobably get them back somehow not being a citizen. Businesses can present a tax id# and are exempt. I am still not working bought a $1,200 scooter it is an 85 honda 250 and a real gas saver insurance is cheap as ever. Awaiting disability decision. My home town is technically flooded but doing fine they have walls to hold out water.
@cdltpx - yuck! flooding really sucks man - lately my basement is having issues with both rainwater seepage *and* sewer backup :( The scooters sounds awesome though :)
@landongendur Morgan City LA 70380 It is at the very end of the water that is flowing through the Morganza flood control. Some of Morgan City people were featured on Swamp people my uncle catches crayfish there. So far so good the walls are holding but that could change any moment a barge could break loose a hurricane could come through any damage to the levees and my home town would be soaked. We are holding our breath. Flood stage for over 3 weeks.
Omg, was just watching some videos of you only yesterday, and then you posted a comment on my channel today! How crazy is that because I rarely login to yt anymore.... Lol been thinking about making videos again. Anywho, facebook me... You can find me through Jiffy... Lol I can't believe you slept at some random peoples house! Hehehe You're so funny! Lol
@friesian86 - I'm so happy you're alive Jesse! In fact I was watching Jeff's "Gay Male Body Image" video today and thought of you :) A lot of people were surprised that we 'took the risk' of shacking up at some unknown person's apartment. They were very cool though and life is no fun without a bit of risk! :P Talk to you soon - and make some more videos for sure!!
@salemsaunders - It was quite the experience, that's for sure. The officer that was searching the car was actually kind of cute too - secretly I was kind of hoping for at least a pat down ;)
glad you had a great road trip......doesn't Minot have missile silos there, or use to::??I was driving thru Nebraska, hit a small town and all the motel rooms were full, do to a big funeral..I was coming back to the US from the Granby Zoo in Quebec, at the Vermont border crossing the US agent asked if i knew a guy in the town that i lived in VT..i said i didnt...thot he was trying to trick me...clever agents.....
@deepwoodguy2 - I remember seeing those silos 10 years ago when I was last there. I didn't find any this time though. Minot has a huge air force base though (in fact, at the mall there were lots of people in military-like dress and short brush cuts - kinda hot :P).
The questions that they ask at the border crossing can be a bit tricky as the agents tried to slip us up too. 3 times the USA patrol asked us if we were meeting anyone there, just worded in different ways.
@dafttool - seriously, it couldn't have been any better. Even though Minot is 1/5 the size of Regina, the city seemed to have so much to offer. We had such a great time and everyone was so nice! We're definitely coming back sometime soon :)
thanks for the new video... been looking forward to it :) I don't know if you can address that at comment section, but I assume you were promoted to the waiter?
@theriverofnoreturn - decent guess, but nope ;) In fact I think being a waiter would be the ultimate stressful job! The current wait staff often spend over a hour with their tables and juggle 6+ tables at a time. There's just no way I would have the patience or personality for that :P
@karan6 - Lol! Can you totally tell I'm totally not educated when it comes to drugs? My mom had company over at her house and her friend told a story of how she once got in trouble at a border crossing because there was a "roach in the ashtray". I genuinely asked "What was such a big deal about them finding an insect in your car?"
Turned out even my *grandma* knew what a 'roach' was! Lol!

@YourGayNews - Ha! That opening was a reference to one of my favourite YouTube videos (that's now sadly removed) parodying Brenda Dickson ;)

Woot, roadtrip,...to North Dakota? Glad you found some hospitality on your visit. Nothing like seeking refuge in a college community.
