How is stething a girl inappropriate? Really, I am seeing this more often in mainstream America. If I am correct, there has never been a scene animated in a cartoon that involves female characters getting stethed on the chest.
In order to correctly use a stethoscope on a woman, you have to put it right between her breasts. That would clearly be inappropriate for a youth group at a church.

First, I do believe that outside of wedlock (with the exception of an actual medical professional) breasts shouldn't be touched.
