You guys could just turn the stickman into a "Movie Symbol" and double click it, then edit it so it movies, then use Keyframes when you Double-click to normal view... i do that anyway...

2: there is no way to slow the timeline, but you can extend the frames in such a way so it SEEMS like the timeline is being slowed.

best way to get the full flash is to download flash 8 trial download craagle and open the trial flash 8 and get the serial code from craagle and copy and paste it into the serial code bar and wala u got it ps. just for those who have the evaluation trial.
