A lot of people don't realize this, but that story about Satan being an angle who was cast out of heaven for trying to usurp God's throne is not actually in the Bible anywhere. That's not to say it isn't a reasonable theory regarding the origin of Satan and his hosts, but people repeat it like it's set in stone.
