F430 driver dont even hv enough space 2 really extract the power. In this kind of race, which car have most power in mid-rpm range hv the advantage. And turbo got alot of juice in this rpm range. Look how the ferrari start to pulling away when it reach it high-rpm range. S204 also very powerful. It's not easy to follow F430 in this kind of race especially on 4WD car. Actually 4WD make the S204 abit slower in this kind of race. When traction is not the issue, 4WD just give more load to engine.

The Ferrari driver doesn't seem to have gut to nail his car to its full potential...probably with traffic like that, it's dangerous to push to the limit. Yeah a Subaru surely can keep up with that, especially looking at the traffic...I believe even a Wiralution could also do the same. But my advice to both drivers is, find a proper place to show your cars' potential coz at highway with traffic like that, you're only endangering other road users.
