Hmm.. Try do it like me... i'm probably learning slow but i try do the same algorithm and muscle memorize it .. its not that hard, i remember have half of the OLL Algorithms and some very few PLL :)( Just do the same Algorithm over and over and over till you remember ) :)

the transparent DIY's may not appear to be good speedcubes when they are first opened but give it time and lube and they are decent if not horribly loud. My fastest time with clear DIY is 11 seconds.

they are diy cubes, you assemble yourself to make em really loose. the kit also comes with cube lube i believe

Also, you said the transparent one was crap, yet still got a 13s solve with it! (They are illegal in competiton though)
