I love this song. I remember when it came out. This video shows that you dont need flashy clothes to try to hide how bad music in the 21st sucks. This is real music. Thank you for the share
i vaguely remember hearing this song b4, im 33 almost 34 , about 3 weeks ago i was driving home hungover and heard this on the radio, and fell in love with it instantly... i googled the words figured it out and have been listening to it a lot... its a great song... love from Canada!!!
I remember when this came out, this DJ saying "your dose of bagpipe rock & roll". Lots of people thought they played bagpipes on this one. I've always loved this song.
@Muhammedalisha 19?! very nice effort, very nice indeed. Im 24 born in '87 and i prefer alot of the older tunes compared to music these days, much to all my mates disgust hahaha. Even people from older generations are amazed in my taste in music so youve done well :)
@Akmatslaav haha thanks. yea my friends poke fun at me all the time. cause im like change the radio station to the oldies and all they wanna listen to is modern day junk. No fun in my opinion lol
@Muhammedalisha I actually grew up in the 80's, with this song, as well as may others that people of your hipster-esque caliber will spend ages trying to re-create to fulfill their lack of creativity and culture. Go read a book.
@JungleLeggs I do believe you meant to put "many" its ok though people mess up sometimes.... and while i may not be a hipster i agree people from my generation will have a difficult time creating such great songs such as ones from the 80s. Oh and about the reading a book, i am at the moment reading a book. Its called The Zombie Survival Guide....quite interesting if I do say so myself :)

Shameless plug but when I was quite a bit younger, people used to say I looked like Stuart Adamson! Not that I really see it myself - slight resemblance.
@WaxHeadroom Yes, they were the best of times, I feel so sorry for the young people today, can't even explain it to them. Hot summer nights in Ireland, this song playing in the nightclubs, walking home at 4.00am with the smell of honeysuckle in the air. And we had soooo much FUN ;)
@contrarianatrest You get the fuck over it. People are tired of seeing self-backpats here, and this isn't a fucking music-based match site, so take your "solidarity of tastes" BS elsewhere.
