  • my cards were exactly the same as yours

  • its good but a bit to quick

  • What Deck is that?

  • @Amasingh100 Tally Ho fan back.

  • .......... (afteran 10 mins) IGIVEUP~!!

  • "Now you're gonna do a revolution cut"

Fuck that shit a swing cut will do.

  • Hey, I'm new in Cardistry . Can you please give me suggestions on how should I start, what moves should I learn first and also what deck is suited for beginners like me. Thanks. (sorry for wrong grammars :D)

  • Yes nice and easy...

  • due i looked at the first one for a bit and i couldnt get it but the second one is preety kick ass

  • Congratulations this video has made me leave my first ever comment on youtube. The cut that he is performing is not for beginners. The fact that it involves a revolution cut shows that. If you want to make a video for beginners explain how to do the moves you are telling them to use.

  • nah people do these to fast not a change that im going to learn it

  • hey r you left handed like me?

  • @flamerider299 Nope, sorry. But in cardistry there are a lot of moves that the dominant hand performs better (card twirling) and equally many that the recessive hand performs better (revolution cut).

  • @flamerider299 try the cuts with both hands,i'm right handed but i can only do some cuts if the deck is my left hand and some cuts when it is in my right hand.

  • you lost me at revolution cut

  • thumbs up if u have a deck of cards while watching this video

  • thanks, mate!

  • slow down!!!!

  • at 1:10 i started playing 52 pickup

  • closes your eyes and it kinda sounds like a handjob tutorial.

  • BULLSHIt this should be beginner? ive been doing magic for almost a year and i cant do this

  • Im so glad you dont have an indian accent.

  • i've got the second one i'm still struggling with the first i've learnt the revolution cut seperately but i still can't get the two packs to line up in my hand without squaring, the packet the finishes in between my index and thumb goes too far forwards

  • got the first one but the revolution cut i had to learn seperately

  • the first one is so not for beginners

  • NOT BEGINNER, DUMB ASS

  • I am the 46000 viewer wahoooooooooooooo

  • Holy shit, beginner? I almost broke a couple of fingers, fuck.

  • i dont get it y can't u just explain every move yur doing in detail??

  • I cutted my opponent's deck like this in a MTG tournament, and I was disqualified...

  • My HANDS ARE TOO SMALL!

  • thums up if u gave up

  • i think my hands are too small for this

  • @MaxDamage1984 thats what she said ...

  • you say for beginners yet you don't explain mechanics grip?

  • uhh, i thought False Cuts are suppose to not shuffle or cut the cards, but doing this DOES cut it.

  • Dont listen those noobs. Those are really good tutorial for beginners! Of course that is necessary to beginner people some practice to do those cuts, but if you dont want to practice and do it perfectly at the first try u guys shouldnt try to do cardistry. In fact those cuts are really easy compared to many others. Continue making those tutorials. You´re going great ;)

  • this man fingered a woman, she died shortly after...

  • are those kem/copag cards? do u think plastic or paper cards r better?

  • @anime4evr2 Tally Ho brand. I prefer paper cards with a plastic finish.

  • kill me.... after the first 3 minutes i knew i couldn't do it... revolution cut my ass!!

  • wtf!!! U noob. theese aint begginers. you just did that title 2 get veiws!!!

    :~(

  • Pls help me i cant do the thing you do at 1:12 do you have any advise for me :(

  • @pierobattelli I have a Revolution Cut tutorial on my channel.

    /watch?v=blbh5Nf47PI&feature=relmfu

  • @pierobattelli yeah you fucking suck give t up :D

  • the second one isn't that hard, but there is no way that first one is a beginner cut. Also, slow down man, its hard to pause and rewind a video with packs of cards intertwined between my fingers.

  • if your going to put "beginner" in the title, make sure that you actually. you know. explain it. for the beginners...

  • @BelairUSN It's for beginners, not idiots. You should at least have some knowledge and card handling skills before you try flourishing fake cuts. These fake cuts for very easy compared to other manipulating card flourishing on Youtube. I suggest you try and practise Charlier cut for practice of card control.

  • @TheChaosFactory1 read the comments...

its not just me. its basically everyone who has watched this video.

you're going too fast and you're hardly explaining anything

  • @BelairUSN Reiterating what @TheChaosFactory1 said, a beginner's cut is not going to be easy right off the bat. But compared to a lot of other flourish tutorials on YouTube, my beginner's flourishes are relatively easier to learn and require less experience. Furthermore, I'm one of hardly any teachers that speak in their video. The presentation might not be up to scale, but I make a genuine attempt to make my tutorials as easy as possible. If you don't appreciate it, learn from somebody else.

  • slow down please...

  • not. for. beginners.

  • are you fuckin kidding me? this is not for beginners -.-

  • when i tried to follow along for the first time, my bottom card was also 8 of diamonds. i shat my pants.

  • Is the second tutorial really a false cut?

  • @cwaj400 Yes.

  • what is the first cut called??

i hav been looking for this flourish for long time already..

    finally i found it..

    thanks so much..

i know it is by dan and dave..

but wad is this flourish called?

  • @ts00040110 Ferrari 360 i think.

  • @ts00040110 I say it in the video, the Molecule 2 Spring Production.

  • beginners my ass. no way these were your first false cuts.

  • @RobinRight1 the second one was mine. still cant do that revolutionary cut so im setting it aside for awhile :/

  • @RobinRight1 he's not stating he is a beginner, he's showing them sowly for beginners. Or at least thats what I've taken from it.

  • @Trimmer82 Thanks(:

  • @RobinRight1 Yeah it's more intermediate but tbh, if you can work some basic cardist flourishes as a beginner, it's going to improve your sleight skills massively.

This just baffles me though =/

  • FUCK YOU THAT IS NOT FOR BEGINERS

  • y does it look fake?

  • BEGGINERS?

  • Comment removed

  • *throws pack at screen*

  • @frankibaii LOL i started to rage by throwing a one card at a box then the screen then the whole pack

  • subbed..

  • Cool stuff mate! Thanks! For those who didnt got it: search utube with word "swivel cut" and pick first video you see. Very in detail explained very very very beginner xcm cut! (: just skip "feeding" iwhich is done in that tuto and ull be fine.

  • wtf begginers?

  • Beginner? o.o

  • My only problem with the second one is when i go to extend my ring finger to put 2nd packet in my left hand, my pointer fingers extends as well and drops some of the bottom cards almost every time. But i think i'll get it after time. This is my second one of your tutorials, first being beginner's retention cut. What do you prefer next? I can't get revolution cut down, my hand is shaped funny.

  • @qpKarma Try the 5 Faces of Sybil, next. And keep at the Revolution Cut. I genuinely believe that anyone can learn it with enough practice, with the exception of people who have the hands of a six year old...

  • I have to repeat this video like 100 time to understand it 0_o

  • how do u spin the cards in your first false cut?

  • @XIIIErics I'm assuming you're talking about the Revolution Cut, which I have a tutorial for on my channel.

  • what's the second cut called?

  • @connor1993123 Neither are named. How about... Genesis 0.5 because it's half the length of time? Haha.

  • @ArtsInfinity lol i like it :P

  • @ArtsInfinity If anyone asks me what its called I'll say that :P

  • thanks bro !

  • that is not for beginners

  • HAHA, when he said "and the other one was inspired by Genesis" I thought he was talking to me for a sec. XD

  • tidy mate thanks

  • How about making some of your videos to support iPhone and iPod?

  • @FoodMasher101 Huh, I never noticed that option. I'll check it off on newer videos. It'd be a pain to do all of the ones I already have up.

  • @ArtsInfinity U only have about 7 that don't work, u can do it in 5 mins. Thx for noticing and responding!!

  • not for beginners

  • I love to do flourishes and am just starting to learn some, however I find that due to the size of my hand, I feel like some tricks are nigh to impossible due to the sheer size of a deck. Is this due rather to my lack of hand strength or is the size of my hands always going to be a handicap?

  • @vensyth Lack of strength, unless you're some deformed child with hands that can't hold an apple (no offense if you are...)

  • @vensyth i think both hand strength and hand size, may be a bit more on strength, cause my hands are normal-sized for an Asian and i'm still able to manipulate cards with not much trouble, i think training your hand's flexibility will be much better than strength in the beginning, cause even if you have hands as strong as a Cyclop's but no flexibility, then the cards won't obey you.

  • like your name is ayrus my name is cyrus(nickname)

  • does adding moves to a flourish makes it a different flourish? cause i have just added moves to one of D&D's Molecule cuts and got a nice extended display.

  • @CopyCat1995 Technically yes, but it wouldn't be considered too original. If I were you and wanted to make a tutorial for the move, I wouldn't teach Molecule, I would say something like "do Molecule up to this point, and then..."

  • What was the first cut inspired by (the one before Genesis)? I didn't catch that.

  • @inkfish021 Dan and Dave's Molecule 2 Spring Production. I believe it's on the Random Cool section of the everythingelse disc of the Trilogy.

  • can you make an tutorial on revolution cut?

  • @BiLLaR4sIiI

    ...

Are you a subscriber? I already have one up.

    ...

  • sometimes it sucks to be left handed

  • @jimmygee5 Haha, sorry about that. On the plus side, studies show that left-handed people make better baseball players xD. I'm a nerd...

  • @ArtsInfinity u can make a mirror image like on one side of the screan :O. to help the leftys ^_^

  • @jimmygee5 I don't have the editing software to do that. Needless to say I wish I had it, but I am not shelling out hundreds of dollars for some program.

  • artsinfinity some of your trick (only 1 i can do) i wanna make your tricks but i cant the cards are folling of my hands :(

  • @BiLLaR4sIiI Give it some time. While they are "beginner", they still require some practice. Most likely less than my other flourishes, but nonetheless... Can you be specific as to what time of the tutorial you are having problems with?

  • have you tought about my sybildonna 2?

  • i like the second one

  • Thanks I like this

  • You have to be one of the most boring people, EVAR!!

  • @JakeDrums3 no his not his awesome

  • Purdy much. I speak the way I feel, which is bored 99% of the time. Haha.

  • How do you do a revolution cut?

  • I have a tutorial for it. Look it up.

  • how do u sling cut? or whatever it's called?

  • Hold the deck from above along the right side with your middle and ring fingers at the top and your thumb at the bottom. Use your index finger to break off part of the deck around the center, and then extend your finger to the left so your left hand can come over and clip it between your thumb and the base of your index finger. Watch the performance above so you can actually see it done. It's very, very easy.

  • @ArtsInfinity thanks i got it in like 3 min.

  • You´re pretty hard-core

  • sweet gonna be on these a while =P love you tutorials can u give some more tutorials on packet displays??

  • I'll see what I can come up with.

  • @ArtsInfinity thanks

  • Yay Great job man :D

  • Great job, Keep up the great work...

  • thanks a lot got them both down already

  • nice

  • ooooh.... fancy :D

  • Nicee cool flourish!
