If it's really soaked in there deep, grab an old toothbrush and boil some vinegar. I did this tonight, and it worked miracles. *Reminding myself never again to buy the 7-year-old grandson a 25 feet roll of gum.*

Thanks for the information VideoJug! I have worked in a chewing gum factory for 38 years and have yet to get any gum stuck on my clothes. Sometimes on the bottom of my shoes though! Will keep this in mind if I ever need it. Thank much!

Step 1. Put unnecessarry piese of a fabric on a gum.

Step 2. Iron this place

Repeat 3-4 times if it's necessarry:)

For hair, I think I heard that using a food/condiment thats oil based, such as peanut butter, will help get gum out of hair, or carpets quickly. I also heard that club soda works as well.

Of course, then you have peanut butter or club soda in your hair, but...better than gum!
