I don't understand or believe this. In modern combat the navy as well as the air force are not placed in harms way the way the army and marines are! Afganistan is land locked and not a navel threat and in the persian gulf navel vessels are far from harms way.He never should have left the navy-no matter how bad the ecconomy, the millitary is always over funded.

He has his BA in Psychology through UCSC which I put him through school and supported him financially. Here in Florida the homeless are subjected to discriminatory and exclusionary treatment here in the Sunshine State; the homeless happen to be unfortunate recipients of not one but many trespass warnings which are, in Florida, convictions for trespassing without due process and trial. This is how the homeless in Florida are treated.
