  • Tried this for the first time today. Seemed to have the opposite effect than intended. I felt the energy at the end of the exercise but within 1 hour of completion I was overwhelmed and crying my eyes out about the problems I have in my life. I can't know if the 2 things are connected but it did occur to me that possibly this exercise moved some energy blockages which lead to the emotional outburst and crying, which is a sort of healing in itself. Just wasn't expecting it. Any thoughts on this?

  • @fantapsy Sat Nam, YES - Raising your Kundalini Energy moved through some energetic blocks - emotional releasing. This is very good. You want to welcome these experiences - this means you are coming home to yourself . Now watch your mind and ego when you go to practice Sat Kriya again - there will be resistance because the mind and ego want to be in control. Keep practicing it and your life will change ! peace to you.

  • Hello, I really want the benefits of this but have severe back problems-- tried this and was in traction for 2 days :-( Is there a method I can do that is easier on the back? Could I lie down with knees bent and feet on floor? Thanks so much for any suggestions. Peace to everyone :)

  • @pegasus75068 Sat Nam, You may try doing some spinal flexes/twists (3 mins) before practicing Sat Kriya and then work up to it start at 30 sec - 1 mins and then workup to it. Best to take the gentle approach - this is a powerful exercise. Also look at places where you don't feel supported in your life - money, people etc. Back problems often point to a deeper emotional issue. peace to you. Let me know if you need instruction for spinal flex.

  • I woke up today feeling down and happen to stumble across this video. After following your directions in this video I became lighter and my mood completely changed. This was very powerful indeed. I will be doing this every morning from now on. Thank you so very much. With much love, Max.

  • Thank you!!! I enjoy all your videos!!!!

  • CatalystYogi, thank you for your great video, it is very useful with a very clear explanation. One question: can the shoulders be shrugged during Sat Kriya or should they kept still? Hope to see more vids from you my friend. Sat Nam.

  • @wjbouman Sat Nam, Thank-you for your kind words. You want to keep your shoulders down and relaxed during Sat Kriya - therefore there is a clear channel of energy - make sure your spine stays straight.

  • Thank you! this is wonderful! peace!

  • Thank you!

  • Thank you, it is very easy to understand, and it is user friendly version! Pity not so many people watch this video! Sat Nam from Bangkok, in the middle of the civil war! Thank you for the Review!
