was just curious as to where this footage was taken and what disgrace of a fishing practice was thought to be guilty, Numbers like this are one thing but here on the eastern seaboard and especially in NC if even one is reported dead by a comm. fishing practice, our fishery gets shut down and more strict regulations are applied ! And to think this is taking place with no interaction by the governments, unfair to honest fisherman with no impact on the environment
