Usually the scars are extremely minnimal if the jewelry is removed shortly after the proceedure, red bumps, then they turn brown for a while (month or so) then go away completely.

The jewelry should only be kept in for a couple of hours, at most a day or two. The longer you leave the jewelry in the potential for scar tissue is greater also the risk of infection goes up. They are not meant to heal or to be worn long term.

wow seems like it would hurt a lot. how long do they normaly last, like i know you said it was only temp, but i was just wondering. &does it scar badly?

Thanks! Again keep in mind that corset work is NEVER intended to be a "healable" procedure. Any time you see pictures of them, they are done that day, for the photo shoot, then removed shortly after. I don't typically offer this sort of service as most of the people that request it don't understand that fact. It will probably be one of the only ones I'll ever do. It was fun though!
