@FriarTuck1234 No, never. They're very sweet and affectionate. The only "aggressive" bats I've ever come in contact with were adults who were 'grounded' and either sick or injured. Still, never handle a bat with bare hands, just in case.

Most rescue places won't take them because of high rabies percentages. Shouldn't handle them d irectly like this, but just use the dropper....good luck. I fed one gerbil formula, that worked.

@OceanPrincess631978 The common practice now is to use the tip of a (new) makeup applicator, soaked in formula, and drops added as necessary as the bat sucks. I just made do as I didn't know any better at the time.

Yesterday I found an injured bat, the half of his right wing seems to be kind of dried or missing. I keep the bat in a box, he tries to fly but falls easily.He can climb a tree but just wont fly.
