then just do what you want. they cant stop you. what are they gonna do? kick you out? then they loose their funding for every student they loose and i bet your school probably isnt willing to risk that (as other schools wouldnt). so just have piercings, wear whatever you want, and yea. just do it

I'm a 21 yr old female, currently finishing my Honours Bachelor of Science at a canadian university.
I'm going to talk about high school, but this also applies to other grades as well. Education develops and/or cultivates necessary character traits such as: hard work, determination, time management.
While many students find the prospect of not being an 'individual' difficult, you need to remember that it is how well you adapt to work and how your work ethics mature that matters the MOST - this is how you grow as an individual. This is the gateway to your future post secondary education, don't waste it. High school is over in a blink.
Well I'm guessing you don't go to a public school since I'm inferring you wear uniforms. Rules are important but I agree individuality is important too. I don't know if you'd take advantage of the system, but some kids would. Honestly, the earrings is more of a safety issue, so don't get too hyped over that. Regardless, you'll probably have to wear some type of 'uniform' with your career so I suppose just get used to it? :P Spice things up in your own way without being distasteful. Good luck :)
I do go to a public school and we don't wear uniforms but we might as well. Its that bad. I don't usually get hyped over earrings or peircings but, I just think thats a little over board because they are covered anyway. But thanks for the luck, Im prolly gonna need it. Hahah.
