I thought 1:05 was weird. Up until that point, I hadn't really considered that a human was controlling it. Then he starts shaking the whole thing, like he's trying to get something out of a bottle. It changed my perception of the machine.

0:06 is also special. You have just heard the unpleasant whirring of the sawblades and then you are treated to the pleasing, soft sound and visuals of the wood being split.

some simple maths....

if each 16 feet lumbers are processed in around a minute...That makes 960 lumber feet an hour... If that this guy works from 8AM to 4PM and that he takes 1h for lunch, he can process around 6720 lumber feet a day. that's 33 600 lumber feet a week !
