  • You are officially The Man!! I would give my right nut for a copy of Amazing Fantasy #15. I've been collecting since my early childhood in the late 60s and have had several copies pass thru my hands at what now seem like ridiculously low prices. In 1984, in Philadelphia, I almost bought a FN/FN+ copy for $600.....and a GD+ Batman #1 for $800. I had my checkbook in my hand but chickened out on both......if only I could go back in time!! :-)

  • @purplemask99 Look how about we forget about all of this argument thing and just make up Hmm?????

  • @megacomicbooknerd I have done so already , I wish you well in your collecting . I apoligize to you for any comments I made that were offensive. I do regret that I got upset by your comments. We are both to blame for this reaching this point, but I should have ignored you from the beginning. ADVISE:: keep collecting , buy and keep what you like no matter what is "hot" or others tell you to buy. Save the comics you really care about and it will make you happy as you get older PEACE

  • @purplemask99 OK!

    Enjoy collecting

    Take care

    Peace out

    Read your comics

    Ignore people who annoy you

    Be cool

Stay out of fights like the one we just had

    Enjoy your life

  • @purplemask99 Actually sir I believe I have subscribed to you!!!!1

  • @purplemask99 OK maybe there is

  • reproduction FAKE

  • @megacomicbooknerd -IT IS THIS KINDA CRAP THAT I GOT TIRED OF AND THUS QUIT WASTING MY TIME POSTING !!!! you sir/madam do not have any clue to what you are talking about - its folks like you that probably werent even around in the 60s , that pass themselves of as little know-it-alls --- and like to make your little negative comments (why I am not sure to make you fell better about yourself?) - ignorant , just ignorant.

  • @purplemask99 Shut up dude you don't know anything about comic books if you did you did you would have that in a miliar case with two way tape sealing it covered

  • @megacomicbooknerd - NO YOU SHUT UP ,,, you little pencil - necked GEEK !!! NO YOU dont know nuthin' you PUKE !!!! MILIAR what the heck is MILIAR ..... awww crud ... U aint worth my bad breath to try to straighten you pathetic little mind out ..... GO SOAK YOUR HEAD .

  • @purplemask99 calm down you just afraid of the truth

  • @megacomicbooknerd --- no YOU calm down .... you can't come on here and call me "FAKE" and then tell me to "SHUT UP" !!!!!!!!!! As for the truth ... U must be a pea-brained idiot!! ....that is your truth . it is the real deal buddy and I have all dem 60s Marvels & DCs and day all B real , so take you little "miliar comics" so-called "collector items" probably published in this century and read them and store them and look at them in your plastic sleeves and luv them OK.

  • @purplemask99 Miliar are not for little comics. Miliar are expensive, Protective, Acid free, Fireproof, Water resistant and believe it or not CGC comics are wrapped in Miliar cases. And I am smarter than you a smart person won't start a fight on youtube FOR NOW SPECIFIC REASON ADD SOME LOGIC TO YOUR LIFE DO THE MOST LOGICAL THING FOR ONCE TAKE CARE OF THOSE COMICS. One of those REAL copies were sold on comic connect for 1.1 million dollars. No more.

  • @megacomicbooknerd again -- YOU got on here called me FAKE then told me to SHUT UP ,,, now I dont know where yall come from ,, but down here in the deep south USA ,,, we don't really like to just lie down and allow ourselves to be insulted .... I have what I have (great OLD comics)... you have what you have (what? some 1990 comic in miliar?) ..... I dont give a rat's behind ... if you listened to the video it speaks of removing them from MYLAR to film them ...ignorant

  • @purplemask99 OK I have amazing Fantasy 15 in a safe Miliar case. Yes most of my comics have come from the 1990 and even 2000 but I own comics from 1938 (just two years after action comics issue one was released. Going up along I got reprints also of amazing fantasy 15 so I can read the book without fear that I can damage the real one. I have lots of reprints so I can read and see what the story was. So just calm the hell down.

  • @megacomicbooknerd OK well I now see you ARE JUST A LITTLE KID with recent comics ,,, that explains your 11 year old point of view ... so never you mind little Johnny , I understand your lack of true knowledge in the field. BUT remember little Johnny it is not playing nice to call folks FAKES & tell them SHUT UP. I hope you have a good "nitey-nite" tonight ... you stick to bagging & seal all your new recent "rare" comics and I will stick to reading all my "fake" comics from the 1960s.

  • @purplemask99 I am twelve years old my IQ is 299 yes that means that I am a brainiac I read the reprints of the original RARE comics so I don't damage the original I have an original amazing fantasy 15 as well as tons of reprints. I have a comic book from 1938 a CGC action comic 745. I don't give hell of your 2.0 comics that you used for coasters for your coffee. I keep mine in near mint or mint gem condition's. Amazing fantasy 15 is near mint hahahaha and the action comic is 4.0 low but still.

  • @megacomicbooknerd I do not care "little johnny" you still have no right to get on here and call people fakes and to tell them to shut up ... it is even worse that you are 12 ....and think you are superior. You are lacking in social skills and are an insulting rude little snot.

  • @megacomicbooknerd I have to speak up , I know Mr.X and he is a respected collector who bought his first Marvels off the stand back in 1963. YOU DID insult him and keep doing so , he responded in (perhaps) not the correct way , but all his points were sound. YOU should apologize (since you are so smart you see this is right?) AND if you have all these great old (not fake) comics POST THEM as we would all enjoy seeing them. PS what country are you in?

  • @LesKernodle Why what's it to you were I live.

  • @megacomicbooknerd wow , NOTHING , I was trying to help as perhaps the MYLAR/MILIAR thing was due to language translations ... in USA we have MYLAR (and we all know about it OK) I just perhaps never heard of MILIAR ... but thought it just might be a translation thing ..... SO I WAS TRYING TO HELP YOU GUYS GET ALONG AND UNDERSTAND EACH OTHER ... but nevermind .... ok , just nevermind ...

  • @LesKernodle What's it to you were I live

  • nice books mr. "purplemask" LOL!!thanks for sharing with "southern hospitality" where are you from with that accent huh?? LOL j/k...nice comics though seriously!

  • @redneckspidey from PARTS UNKNOWN brother .... PARTS UNKNOWN ( hint from Home of Elvis and good Bar-B-Q)

  • I totally appreciate this guy was just trying to brighten a kid's day by showing this very rare comic. But the kid's (marveljk's) parents probably saw this and it scared them half to death lol

  • @Riles07 I betcha you are right on that one .. pally

  • Wow. I would never cut a comic, but I do have a peter parker spectacular spiderman #18 that got colored on the back with a crayon lol.

  • @7shado yeah its sad ,,, I traded for it around 1984 and it was cut , I assume to remove "marvel chipping" along the edge ,, but yeah , the chipping would be better ... I hate it but I traded 90 bucks worth of stuff for it ,,,, so it OK now ....

  • @purplemask99 yeah lol.

  • who saw this on The Simpsons S21 ???

  • @chowdownonrayman 12 cents I'll take 8 :P

  • I would give my right eye to own this Comic book.

  • dude i wish you would put them in those plastic covers otherwise they're just gonna get destroyed

  • @MaximD666 Sure, as long as he can take it out and read it when he wants to; CGC & its plastic covers is a racket and a joke! Why would anyone seal up a comic book so it can never be read or flipped through ever again! Ridiculous!

  • very nice comic

  • Comment removed

  • Do you keep this in mylar?

  • I'm making it crease now?! LOL Nice spideys.

  • gee how did they get so damaged? you are only grabbing all over AF #15 and ASM #1 like they are trash. Oh and moving them from mylar to crap comic covers....good idea harvard grad haha
