By the way,that tall building,shanghai world financial center,beside the oriental pearl tv tower is almost finished now,beautiful.Although the best way to appreciate it is to drive on the elevated highway towards downtown from miles away,it's like you're looking at a city from the future.(just a personal opinion,i don't even know if i have made myself undertood T-T)

Are you in the tallest hotel in Shanghai? I don't know that much about it, but people said it's beautiful there. ^_^!

Nope, there are plenty that are taller. I think we were actually in one of the smaller hotels. Shanghai is built so highly so people can live so from where I am is nowhere near the highest!

That's a nice view from your window. I liked your hotel, the card key thing was the same as my hotel in Tunisia. I can imagine Shanghai to be a really big place.

It is. Shanghai has 18 million people in it, its the second biggest city in China. Its also extremely modern, unlike the other big cities in China, Shanghai didn't start growing until the mid 19th century.
