@Grundalizer France shares a border with Germany. There are quite a number of places where German is spoken with french inflections, and it really isn't that uncommon.

Plus she's fluent in french.

@Grundalizer Well she is a mix between French and Italian. But she's not speaking complete German. It has a few words from Spanish and Italian, I believe.
