  • hello very good tutorial that I wanted to ask what is this green mass that is soft and then hardens, and where do I find it?

  • How do they sculpt the parts so they don't stick together? Do they use a lubricant to keep the new parts from sticking? I can't find info on sculpting so that you can keep taking the pieces apart and putting them back together. Anyone know of good resources for this?

  • I love that weapon - it's part rifle, part airbrush, and part GIR!

  • Mods!

  • That is a very cool looking airbrush the Plamo chick has and I like the fact the paint cup is it's own character, too!

  • the green putty is polyester putty but what is the yellow putty????????????????? It looks to be softer for detailed parted.

  • looks like MORI MORI (also a polyester putty)

you can get it at HLJ

  • thanks I also found out it is known as light curing putty. It dries under sun or uv light bulbs.

  • It's not light curing putty. It's mori mori. The caption says "poly putty" and the narrator says the only reason for using yellow poly putty is so he could easily tell the separation line between the leg and the boots. it's usually easy to cut between 15-30 mins (i.e. after the shape is set, but before it completely cures).

  • Well, in DaVinci times there was no putty, only marble, it can take you several years to sculpt something with that, even if you are Japanese, hehehehe.
