  • thanks for this !

  • I'm watching this over and over so I can replicate it with the 24kg

  • ILY MARK

  • great stuff- too bad your music couldn't be included on this non-money making clip. Poor music industry is clueless to the new world of business on the internet

  • Dr. Courtney's husband.

  • I am speachless. That was hardcore.

  • Comrade Mark,

Is that a 24kg or 16kg? That is one hell of a TGU! Great Job you and your organization makes me wish I took that job offer in LA!

  • Guess I should have waited till the end to post

  • I just tried that and it is very hard to do especially as smoothly as you did it.

  • And sure enough, Steve Freides managed to pull this off with his right hand the same day this video was posted. GOOD JOB, STEVE!!!

  • I called this particular sequence for the Turkish Get-Up "tactical" because of the different sequence of movements that I use to move in and out of the 1 knee position, not because of the pistol grip or bottom-up grip.

Experienced grapplers and tactical operators may appreciate TTGU applications in their lines of work.

Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming video clips that show the finer points of the TTGU, along with illustrating the applications in combat & tactical movement!
