I am AMAZED at Kaspersky's Incredibly Ridiculous Customer Service. First they send me the incorrect activation code, then they send me incorrect information as to fixing their screw-up--and THEN they close my tech support trouble ticket! I've tried contacting them FIVE TIMES. They have until 8:pm Eastern TONIGHT to give me the info I need, or I'll turn their issues over to people who deal with thieves professionally.
