This was the first Asharah video I ever saw, it litterally changed my life. I used to watch it several times a day 2 years ago, I'm watching it again now for the 1st time in a long time, and well, I had forgotten just how unbelievably good it was.

i think there is a difference between

this "agressive", "suicide-motiving"

dance (Asharah) and

the emotional,but still dark and

closer-to-fusion gothic (Ariellah)

I hear you, I died after the freaking warming up the first time I did it and didn't even bother with the choreography. It took me weeks to complete the entire dvd. But It's so worth it.

Hey there! A tip for the DVD - break it up into sections and do a few drills at a time. It's not meant to be done all at once. ;)
