Both peddles are connected to the same wheel wich makes the power distribution evenly devided over both propellers.
But it doesnt mather because this machine would never ever leave the ground on leg power. And it would surely crash and burn if tried powering it by any other lightweight power source :-)

it probably wont work because you both need the same amount of force to make the propellers spin at the same rate. you can crash very easily
