I understand that falco's recovery is shitty, but if you watch parts 1 & 2 again, you'll see that, on every single edgeguard, Linguini times his attacks as if Shiz is gonna do the illusion. Go back through and count how many times linguini jabs him out of the illusion. Shiz only uses the fire fox when he's below the stage (aka when he can't make it back with side-b). 1:30 of this vid is like the only time I see shiz do the firefox above the stage.

He doesn't predict the illusion, he reacts to the "ding" sound it makes. Even if he IS predicting it, the jab is so fast he can jab, flub it, and STILL knock him out of the firefox is he misses said jab. As long as Linguini times it right, Shiz dies when he has to use a B move most of the time.
