I used this video as inspiration for my hair yesterday. I had surgery and needed a way to keep it out of my face but would still look cute once it got a little messy after they put me to sleep. I got tons of compliments! I didn't use the bobby pins, instead I just made a messy bun with a hair tie (I have a ton of hair) so it worked out perfect. Thanks!

when I do my hair like that.. usually it looks beautiful AT FIRST. I put lots of bobby pins ans hair spray in it BUTl: as soon as I start moving around and don't just sit in front of the mirror everything starts falling apart :( how long does your hair actually look like that? I love this kind of "make a loop-pin in place" hairstyles, they look elaborate, but are in fact pretty simple. The only problem is that my hair is blonde, so i can't work with too many bobby-pins like that, because on my hair color they show really intensly, even if i try to hide them. Generally blonde hair is not ideal for : many bobby pins and very messy hairstyles, because every little detail is apparent :( Damn it! Great job girl!

@1LeiaPrincess Hey maybe you can try using those bobby-pins that are in a sort of golden, dark golden color. They aren't that noticeable on blond hair...
