I think workplaces could work oversensitivity into their personality tests and/or refuse to hire people based on oversensitivity. "Please rate the following situations degree of discrimination:" It's all about getting a signature on something beforehand if they're hired to avoid legal battles.

Harassment is defined as whatever a women perceives it to be ....a complement is only a complement if she perceives it as one, or if she finds you attractive.

U may not have said "hate" but thats pretty much what we feel towards scammers. Though there were many times I experienced situations that a feminist would construe as 'harassment', I always handled things internally without dramatics.
