hey im looking to buy a ball python, would somewhere like petsmart be a good place to get one? (im not sure where to buy from) and how humid should the habitat actually be?
@Kurzxclan truthfully. I would get one at a reptile expo. those ppl know wat they r doing cause they have been breeding them for years. And humidity wise. Just spray the enclosure 4 to 5 times a week with a spray bottle filled with water. But make sure to take the animal out first. Hope this helped.
@cameron41317 I have a male ball python and he seems really calm just may be luck of the draw some may be real laid back some may be real aggressive do your research before you buy the snake and I would imagine you should be fine. Also do not get a wild caught one or your just asking for problems I hear.

Thx man I was having trouble with the humidity but I moved the bowl closer to the lamp and it humidty increased abit
