yes, but aluminium must be grounded.

that secondary ratio is good for transmitting power but bad for visible sparks and arcs

Tesla will be in history for us to remember after 2020. Everything will be rely on nano-carbon capacitors instead of battery to power from gadgets devices to heavy duty power stations.

The topload in use is test one, i intend to use a big aluminium toroid, but not finished yet.
