I'm not sure how you mean, this is the standard look for The Roost on Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City. As far as i'm aware there is no way to change it.
Make sure all the slepping, puncuation and capitalisation is correc when requesting it. I've fell fowl of missing a . of a capital letter many a time.
