    can u plzz share some suggestions..?

    thx, BTW the video was awsome! ima try it soon :)

  • @MissHummusGirl , Tahini sauce could be used with tomato and cucumber salad, or mix with parsley to use as a condiment with many sandwiches and meals. there are many complicated recipe for Kibbeh to use with it too. Thanks for coming by and leaving a comment.

  • @MissHummusGirl i once made cookies with it.. i used it over peanut butter and i had a great big jar of tahinni and we were moving to another country.. it was yummy trust me

  • Please can you tell me if is ok to warm up this or it has to be eaten straight away. I would like to cook it one day before then warm it up 2nd day

  • @laialy100 , yes, you may make it ahead of time and heat it up the next day, but you might want to add some water to it before heating up because Tahini tend to thicken up if refrigerated. make sure also that it does not lose its tangy/lemony taste by controlling the amount of water added. good luck and thanks for your comment.

  • @cookingtheeasyway  thank you so much :-*

  • Sounds and looks so good ,,, But how much tahini and how much water ???

  • @azmisgirl , please refer to the video information section here and click on the link provided, you will find a full recipe with the amounts of the ingredients. good luck.

  • You can make it the same way your mother makes it, spread it in the pan and cook on the stove top, then at the end, add the tahini sauce and continue cooking , If you like the top to be brownish, broil it in the oven. sorry my arabic keyboard is not working, i had to write in english :)

  • MMM this looks delicious too... I actually might make this tonight lol.... thanks!

  • lisam, you are welcome.

  • Oh yeah and we add potatoes too;)

  • Mar7aba habibty. I love ur videos:) Just a tip next time add bread crumbs with the ground beef mixture. This is so when everything is done and cook the beef won't be stiff. So with the bread crumbs it will be soft and moist:) I'm Palestine btwn so its nice seeing a fellow Arabiya here:D!

  • Thanks Yusra for the tip about adding bread crubms, nice idea i am sure it makes the kufta soft and moist. the original recipe calls for adding potatoes but i do not add it because my son does not like it with potatoes :)

  • thank you!!

    your the best!!!=)
