It's really disheartening to see any negative comments regarding JPs twist with Puff Daddy. Jimmy would cringe at the blatant racism some of you immature idiots have posted. He is an artist who obviously is far more open-minded than any of you. I am definitely no P Diddy fan but if I were in JPs shoes I would be flattered that a totally different style of musician wants to explore what he can do with my work.
@aldude99 you are so right. I've told many people but the hate keeps coming in .I delete the really bad ones. If Jimmy didn't want to do the movie soundtrack and didn't want to do the appearance with Puff Daddy he wouldn't have. He clearly enjoyed himself doing it which is why I included it in the video history. Like all musicians Page must appreciate a lot of different music and knows no color barriers.
@aldude99 Kool! Can't beleive people are still talking about black and white stuff, damn that aint cool. Jimmy Page is simply the best r'n'r we have on the planet. if you think otherwise, you're either an idiot or a liar. Long live Jimmy Page! ...and f**k racism. There.s a place for racism, and they call it Hell. You're welcome to go there, decent people avoid such crap.
It kind of breaks my heart that he (and Plant as well) kept playing the same songs he wrote with Led Zeppelin but stopped playing with the other guys.
@Bazement258Studios I also think it's really stupid that they introduce it as Puff Daddy featuring Jimmy Page when they were playing Jimmy's music. It should have been "Jimmy Page allowing Puff Daddy to share a stage with him".
I just saw a few brief seconds of the SNL puff daddy charade that traumatized me as a young adult...I will now swallow a xanax and shotgun 5 beers in hopes of forgetting it YET AGAIN....you think I'm kidding, I'm not. Happy birthday Mr. Page, please use some of your millions to remove this offensive moment of your career from the internet. Goddamn, I've always wanted to say that to you! So there it is, mate.
