a 30fps camera takes only ONE picture of the lighting ( for a " normal " lightning ) and this slow mo. shows 2 pictures oh more ( for longer ones ) so.. it should be 60 fps
why so sure?, what if there was more than one charge in those lightnings? who really knows? the speed of light is 300 000 km/s, so it could be lots of small charger the camera didnt catch.
FUN FACT - the inside of lighting is hotter than the sun's surface.
