@TheDarkNeonHero Arkham's wife was tied to a chair in a room with a TNT bomb, Rachel was surrounded by oil drums. Arkham's wife was mobile enough to move away enough so that the explosion would put her in intensive care, but not kill her. although, i think Rachel's "death" has far too much ambiguity and i would still like to believe after all this time that the Joker faked her death.
