I do not have my original birth cirtificate, but i simply went to the health department and paid 15 dollars and got a "COPY" of my exact birth cirtificate from the day i was born. With the City, state, doctor's name and signature, nurse's name ect., Obama has not produced a "COPY" of his certificate still till this very day. And now the governor of Hawaii is saying he can not find a birth cirtificate for Obama anywhere in Hawaii. Its on fox news, msnbc. But i suspect they will say he mispoke lol
You aren't from Hawaii. Hawaii no longer issues long form or photocopies. The COLB that Obama has is their current, standard issue birth certificate, and has been since 2001, when all their vital records were converted to electronic format. If you are from Hawaii and order a "COPY" of your birth certificate, the COLB is what they give you.

My Original Birth certificate is unreadable so I have a certificate of birth from NY State. Does that mean I am not a citizen? Just a valid question. When Hawaii designed their newest birth certificate, they took what is relevant (birth place - City, Island, County), Parents names/race, date/time of birth. Then theres the Registrar sig/stamp and the 3D embossed State Seal. That is all that is needed.

I do not have my original birth cirtificate, but i simply went to the health department and paid 15 dollars and got a "COPY" of my exact birth cirtificate from the day i was born. With the City, state, doctor's name and signature, nurse's name ect., Obama has not produced a "COPY" of his certificate still till this very day. And now the governor of Hawaii is saying he can not find a birth cirtificate for Obama anywhere in Hawaii. Its on fox news, msnbc. But i suspect they will say he mispoke lol

You aren't from Hawaii. Hawaii no longer issues long form or photocopies. The COLB that Obama has is their current, standard issue birth certificate, and has been since 2001, when all their vital records were converted to electronic format. If you are from Hawaii and order a "COPY" of your birth certificate, the COLB is what they give you.
Gov Abercrombie never said he "can't find" a birth certificate. He didnt mispeak, Wnd did.

My Original Birth certificate is unreadable so I have a certificate of birth from NY State. Does that mean I am not a citizen? Just a valid question. Also the Hospital I was born in does not even exist any more. I could never produce a legible original birth certificate. I could never run for President and most Americans who don't have a Long form birth certificate would be unable to also. If your over 30 what condition is your long form birth certificate in, If you even still have it?

I also do not have a original copy of my birth certificate, but i do have a certfied "COPY" of my original certificate! And on it states the hospital where i was born,state, and the doctor's signature! Obama did not produce nothing of the sort, and still hasnt till this very day. the Governor of Hawaii just stated that he can not find a certificate for obama, now it seems obama's people have gotten to him because he has now changed his story from one day ago, check MSNBC, its mainstream news

@AntG72 I have a certified copy of the original. It is a negative, but it is a copy of the original. When I went for my drivers license, they wanted a copy of my original, so I had to go and get it.

@ladylordess One of my friend was born in Missouri, she has a short form bc, with that she got her Fla DL, and she works for the state so change that lie that a long form or original bc is required. Go to the MIssouri website they only issue electronic copies or short forms. Welcome to the digital era!

Many states only issue a short-form BC as Missouri Republicans found out when they tried to pass a bill to require a long form BC for presidential candidates (HJR 34). It was quietly withdrawn when they discovered Missouri ONLY ISSUES SHORT FORMS.
So let’s check. HRJ 34 was indeed witdrawn and yes it did state that “Other certifications, such as a certificate of live birth, shall not be accepted.”

His rise was so quick, it didn’t make sense to the birthers (especially a black democrat with Hussein in his name) could "ever" beat a decorated war hero like McCain.

Either way, it's STILL a birth certificate. Certificate of Live Birth or Certification of Live Birth. Both are birth cerficates. Legally they both carry the same weight.

This is not the paper his parents received when he was born. Even a copy of that one would be great, if Congress ok's it. This is the document we are interested in.

It doesnt have to list irrelevant information like a doctor or hospital. When Hawaii designed their newest birth certificate, they took what is relevant (birth place - City, Island, County), Parents names/race, date/time of birth. Then theres the Registrar sig/stamp and the 3D embossed State Seal. That is all that is needed.

Obama produced his birth certificate. The State of Hawaii has issued multiple statements backing his birth there. There is no law that requires he give Congress (or anyone else) his birth certificate. You've stated that yourself. He does not have to produce a long form to Congress. Congress has no problem with his eligibility as they certified the electoral votes without incident.
