  • masculine facial traits are supposed..so they say (??) to correlate to good test exposure in utero.Yeah so things don't add up.I believe GENETICS ultimately determine muscle size/shape..more so than testosterone,proper diet,good sleep,consistant intense training..etc..all that good stuff aside.The right combination of certain hormones (anabolic type?) would be the magic,not simply high testosterone levels..its just to simplistic and has proven false in my experience and others i've known.

  • I believe like many that test is important in how much muscle one can build ,but its definately more complex than test levels.I have god levels according to my doctor and after 11years of consistant intense training,i don't have what i believe i have put in (paid monkeys,got peanuts...so to speak :( ) find it VERY hard to gain and my sister has more masculine facial features than me (square jaw..etc..) I have a hard time believing her test levels are more than mine..so it does make me THINK ...

    They're called saturated fats for a reason, do some research, it's good to have them but not to much if your eatin stuff with more then about 15 grams ( usually anything with lots of sugar or pesticides or other generic stuff ) all day then ur saturating ur body with fat

  • @metta8888 alot of researchers fail by calculating on short terms or at the wrong time and testing it kinds of people that are probably immune to estrogen coming from soy.

    look around some more. heck i was a victim too, my childhood sucks coz i got moobs.

    better to be safe than sorry, or else you get moobs. this usually happens on younger people (5-17 years old) where the body grows fast.

  • @skyekross I'm a vegetarian and eat soy on a regular basis. Not every day, but frequently. I have never had moobs. Moobs are caused from being over weight and genetics, not soy.

  • This is a very informative video, thanks for sharing. Also, drinking alcohol definitly does lower testosterone levels but i think smoking weed decreases it even more. Also, for me, getting pussy seems to help me best acheive a higher testosterone level, so for you ladies, if you see a guy off his game help him out, don't hate, because he needs that pussy to set him straight. High stress seems to cause the body to produce more estrogen then testosterone, and evokes the flight or fight response.

  • thanks....I was a vegetarian for about 20 years and for about 10 of those years I consumed record amounts of soy...I made the switch to meat about 2 years ago and felt a big difference immediately! I'm having lots of trouble however with fatigue and I wonder if the soy estrogen has caught up with me.....thanks for the tips, Ill try them right away.

  • UPDATE - after many test my doctor determined that everything seemed OK except for my cortisol level being extremely low. I looked up symptoms for low cortisol and I had them all, right down to the minor detail. STRESS /ANXIETY can burn out your adrenals and last year I had more than muy fair share....

  • still, I have an appt with an endochrinologist just to be sure theres nothing else (like a tumor etc.) pulling on my system. What a relief...if it is just a lifestyle / diet change...

  • You could use that to lower your stress level if you want. Weed has PROLATIN, which is a pituitary hormone that increases levels of ESTROGEN. Alcohol has Prolactin to.
