The Thunderbird is a confident relaxed mans car. It doesn't need to "run away" from women. It is a car for a man who is confident about his dick, not a man who feels the need to compensate for his lacking member with a race car...
Why would it need amber lights on the rear taillights? Rear amber colored turning lights are'nt required in the States. Many cars have the gas-tank on the passenger side. It is odd but the T-Bird was'nt the only one built that way.
Finally somebody got it right, the 02 t-bird was never meant to race and be fast on par with corvettes and ferrari's, etc. It was just a nice cruiser with enough power for the highway and room for cargo. Very good commercial.
Had Ford marketed the Thunderbird on a continuous basis like this, the mark would still be alive. Instead they played this commercial what, maybe 3 times in 2002?
true they also could have saved it with a production version of the svt concept but i guess they didn't want too it would have been a great stablemte to the retro stangs

my thumb down on this ford system..
1 - NO 2 yellow amber lights on the rear taillights for turning sign..
2 - NO good 2 front yellow amber turning signs on the headlights..
3 - NO good gas - in a hole on the right side while a driver on the left side
