This is one of the better new songs from the band i've heard. This works well for a slow song.
Before the new album gets released, I believe they need to really add alittle extra energy and grit to the album. Justin has an amazing voice with good range-- use it more. This band is capable of so much, I would hate for it to be ruined by a sub-par effort thats to generic and toned-down, lacking that "it" factor that made "places for breathing" so memorable.

I was at their first reunited show in their hometown in Carbondale. This is the one song that really stuck with me. It's a lot more intense than this..... Good stuff, just not my style, though
This song is so awesome!!!! right now is my favorite song and i love all the other demo songs, i cant wait another second to have the new album, thank you SuperTML for all the revis songs and GO REVIS!!!!
I really like this song, but I'll have to agree with a few of the commenters in that it feels like he's holding back. His voice seems higher than Places for Breathing. It's still a very enjoyable song, I'd just like to see the voice deepen a little and I'm hoping there are some harder hitting songs on the album.
I got that free download too, It's really good and though it really is nothing like it was in their original album, their new stuff is pretty great too. I read that they were re-doing "New Ways" which was originally suppose to be in their 2005 album which of course didn't happen. I was hoping they'd re-new "Red Letter Day" too, but I haven't heard anything about it on their website.
It's a nice song but if I was in a band coming back after a long hiatus I would have picked more of a harder song also his voice sounds a little different
Kinda sounds like the lead singer is holding back a bit compared to their first album. There were a couple times when I was expecting him to belt it. Wonder if his voice has changed a bit in seven years....
one guy maybe have got some shit in his ears :-D

i like this song, and i agree, justin is holding back some "thickness" in his voice that made him unique. i wonder if he reads our comments lol

Anyone else thinks this song lacks punch until around the 1:30 mark? After that, the song is really quite fantastic.
